CFS Cyclones

CFS Hydrocyclones are involute entry design for low pressure operation. The hydrocyclone presorts materials prior to entry into the cyclone. The design is modular to isolate wear. Each cyclone is made of cast urethane with steel exterior. Most CFS Hydrocyclones have a full thickness of one inch, which gives our cyclones some of the best wear characteristics in the business. With the combination of highly efficient performance and extremely low maintenance, the CFS Cyclone provides years of trouble free service.

The CFS Hydrocyclones have been widely used in plants around the world and could be the best hydocyclone on the market. An average life of a Model 2600 CFS Cyclone in a sand plant exceeds twenty years.

CFS Cyclones are Made in the USA from only the best materials and can easily be broken down for maintenance.

Cyclones are one of the most under-utilized pieces of equipment in an aggregate plant.
