The Intensive Dewatering Screen is uniquely designed with an up slope of 5° and either 1200-1800 RPM’s.  This creates a substantial bed depth which both squeezes and packs the dewatered material.  The percentage moisture is generally ½ that of sand screws.

Dewatering screens are well proven in all types of construction and industrial sands. Concrete, Mason, Superpave/Manufactured, Golf Course, Filter, Foundry and Frac Sands have been successfully dewatered with CFS screens. CFS Dewatering screens will handle more tonnage and outperform any dewatering screen on the market.
