- TRUNNION SPRING MOUNT
Trunnion suspension with heavy duty coil springs. High durability & minimal maintenance.
- ADJUSTABLE DAM
Adjustable dam allows the user to set the dewatering screen for varing conditions. By changing bed depth the CFS Dewatering Screen can attain the dryest discharge in the industry.
- HEAVY DUTY POLYURETHANE DECKING
Polyurethane decking, high durability, modular, low wear and low maintenance. CFS uses only 40mm decking with internal support reinforcing steel to support the heavy deck loading without dishing. CFS uses tongue and groove modular panels to maximize support steel life and ease the ability to change panels in the field.
- MASSIVE TUBE AND CHANNEL CONSTRUCTION
Massive tube construction and channel construction gives the CFS Dewatering Screen the ability to handle extremely heavy loading. The tube is made of 1" wall to handle the high G force and large bed depths. The entire screen body is stress relieved.
- HIGH SPEED VIBRA MOTORS
Vibra Motors. High speed motors producing high G force with minimum horsepower. CFS uses three different motor speeds for different applications.
